Abcam Tipbox, an online science communication blog focusing on tips, tricks and stories from the world of academia organised a writing competition recently. The focus of the competition was to talk about the life as a PhD student – the struggles, hardship and lessons learned. And who better to talk about that, than current PhD students themselves?
Aranda lab PhD student Maha submitted her article entitled "The vicious cycle of a PhD" to the competition and won first place--goes to show that whining and writing are talents that could go hand-in-hand!
