We are seeking a highly motivated, independent but team-oriented postdoctoral researcher with a strong background in coral reproduction and husbandry.
The successful candidate will join the Coral Symbiomics group at the Red Sea Research Center of the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) to work on selective breeding studies in corals.
Qualified candidates must have
- a Ph.D. in Biology or Marine Biology
- experience in fieldwork and coral breeding
Candidates with experience in designing and conducting large-scale coral breeding experiments will be favored.
The position will be initially for 2 years with an option to extend further depending on performance. It includes a highly competitive tax-free salary, accommodation, yearly repatriation allowance, and health insurance.
